I was a little bummed that no medium size was available based on the Amazon sizing chart. So if you're concerned about it fitting, here's a bit of insight. I have a 35in. bust measurement, my biceps are 12in. and my stomach under my navel is about 35in. This vest fit just right around my back and the sleeves are a bit tight. Which is ok because I plan on coming down some. It's a tight fit to zip the vest over my stomach but I can get it on, so again its ok because the plan is to come down some. If your stomach or arms are any larger than mine I would advise against a size small. Hope this helps.I love this thing! I have been looking for a sauna shirt to help shed water weight but I did not want one that covered my breast area (I DON'T want to lose weight there lol). This shirt is PERFECT for my main trouble areas such as my Arms, Back and Stomach. The coverage is exactly as you see in the picture but I think the torso area is longer than what you see on the model and this is a good thing because it completely covers my entire stomach. Even though this doesn't have the rubber lining like some of the slimming waist belts, it still makes you sweat hard! I like this because it's light in weight and breathable but still gives you all of the same benefits as a sauna shirt. This is a must buy! I have lost 2 inches so far using this shirt. The size chart provided by Amazon is accurate for this item.Arms were a little tight but that was expected because I have big armsThe front zipper broke after several days.
