It's not terrible, I just wish it'd fit a bit snugger but it definitely helped me sweat more.I brought 3 different ones. By far, this one is the best. You will sweat and sweat a lot. Good purchase. Good product!!!!!!I like the item, but upon opening it was ripped as you can see in photo. It fits really well I am usually a size small or medium.At first I saw.the size 2XL/3XL and instantly thought that it wouldn't fit but it did!!!!Wasn't expecting the material to be so thin.I tried it on amd within minutes, I started to sweat and I was just walking around the house. I believe I’m seeing inch loss in my waist already!! I love it!!I originally ordered the band for your stomach and had so many issues, the sizing was the biggest issue as it was just way off. I was very worried about ordering the same brand but glad I did, the sizing is perfect honestly I went a size up just in case and its still a perfect fit. It does make me sweat more in that area when working out and the zipper part makes this the best. no struggling to get in or out.I like sweat shaper merchandise, but I wouldn't put this item at the top.
