wrote to company about 2 problems, one being the large sweatshirt was definitely NOT a large, my son wears a large for all his sweatshirts and this was way smaller than usual. The next issue we had was when I opened the bag there was a large amount of sticky "fruity" smelling stuff, like vape juice. I let the company know about these issues and I was told that I needed to look at the sizes on the chart and that it was impossible for the sticky stuff to get in the bag as everything is inspected. Really? People don't make mistakes and drop things? My opinion this is an unreliable company with no business ethics and very poor customer service, just the reply alone was all attitude, not even a simple apology. Obviously its personalized and can't be returned, not expected outcome, just informing company of an issue and you get a crap attitude.
