These sauna pants are amazing!! The fit was perfect and I was sweating minutes into my workout and was drenched when I was done. Love the material they did not stick to me while I was working out. I would highly recommend.I ordered one size larger than normal and they fit great. Legs are nice and roomy so the pants aren’t sticking to me when I wear them. Waist fits as a normal large would fit. Length was perfect for me too. Highly recommend. They definitely got my bottom half sweating a lot more than normal with my workout!These pants are exactly what the advertisement says “sauna pants”! I wear them to either go walking in or workout and when I take them off I’m soaked just like having sat in the sauna. I Love them!!!Get ready to sweat. I put these on today for my morning work out. I had to hang these over the shower after I peeled them off. They were dripping. These are a must buy!!These “sweat” jogger pants are AMAZING!!I am 5’1 220lbs and I got a 2X. This fits comfortably for me because it’s not too tight or too big. The material is just like jogging pants. I don’t feel sticky in them when I swear. The pickets are huge and deep. My iPhone XS Max can fit in there with the case and my beats earbuds w/ case. I would highly recommend these workout pants if you are looking for a great sweat and comfort!!!!!! You can feel the success when you first put them on lolThis does what it is supposed to do. I purchased a Medium as that is my usual size, but i think it would have been better to buy a large. Either way, it fits and works. I noticed that i had to take frequent breaks while working out because i was sweating much more than i was used too. It definitely works for generating heat.The pants do run a bit small so order a size up! I wore the pants to walk around the track for a bit of exercise and I was completely drenched! The pants have zipped pockets which is great and also mesh in the crotch which makes it breathable. I’m thoroughly satisfied!This is by far the best Sona sweatpants I have punches I love the height waist and the way it is designed. waiting for them to come back and in stock to order another one I highly recommend it I'm order L but its run a little bit big. however they work and make you sweat.
