Just received my belt ! VERY comfortable and VERY well made ! I have it on now and if feels soooooo good and supportive! Can’t wait to exercise with it on ! Update - scales went down 2 lbs while cutting the grass and yard work- sure it may be water weight but I feel better !!!It's the first time I bought a trainer belt. Never used it before. The price of this product is pretty attractive, no risk to give it a try. After used for a while, I felt pretty good, easy to use and gave my fat belly a strong hold while exercising. Now my wife also got interested and took it for herself. I'm going to buy several as replacements. The price is low, preparing couple more doesn't cause a big burden to me. Investment in health and fitness always gives good return :)
